Water, sewer, and garbage expenses are included in the rent, along with a $100.00 utility surcharge. Please note that satellite dishes are not allowed in the complex. Parking is available both on and off the street, ensuring you always have a convenient place to park your vehicle. For your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry facility on-site, making laundry day a breeze. We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we allow one small pet weighing 25 pounds or less. There is a $25.00 per month pet rent, along with a $400.00 pet deposit and a $350.00 non-refundable administrative fee. Your security and peace of mind are important to us, which is why we require an $700.00 security deposit.
